Nigel has a strong background in transformation programmes. He transitioned to coaching in 2005 following a successful corporate career at British Telecom where he held many Director roles including Director of Transformation, Sales, Consultancy, Network Products, Engineering and Operations Systems.
He was also CEO of a cloud-based software company which he founded and subsequently sold.

Outside work
Nigel has three children and is very much involved with their families in London and Los Angeles.
He loves travel (most recently to Antarctica), current affairs, business generally and keeping fit. He is passionate about community and helps organise his local three-day annual village festival as well as an annual firework-display and many charity initiatives. For example, he is a Board member of the specialist nutrition charity ENN (Emergency Nutrition Network)
