Maria, an insightful and pragmatic leadership coach since 2002, focuses on helping executives progress their careers. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Maria established an impressive record of accomplishment in the financial services sector in the City of London and Madrid.
She held executive positions in market-leading corporations such as the Man Group plc and GlaxoSmithKline plc.
Maria is bilingual (English/Spanish).

Outside work
Maria is a life-long learner and enjoys expanding her knowledge in many arenas including leadership development and effectiveness, emotional and social intelligence, relationship systems, wellness and mindfulness, yoga and meditation, neuroscience and neurodiversity to name a few! Maria travels a great deal and aims to immerse herself in the essence of at least one new country, place or experience every year.
Maria also enjoys choir singing and rollerblading, though hasn’t yet perfected the art of doing both at the same time.
