Heidi has been a coach since 2000, working with private, public and third sector clients around the world.
She began her career at Accenture in the 1990s where she specialised in organisational and behavioural change.
This means Heidi has lots of knowledge and experience you can draw on.
By the way, you’ll find that Heidi is noted for her energy and humour, so your coaching programmes will be fun as well as full-on.
Heidi is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and earned a Coaching Mastery Diploma in 2006, NLP Master Coach in 2005 and NLP Master Practitioner in 2001.

Outside work
Heidi likes music, comedy, reading, and watching box sets. She also takes part in charity challenges such as Tough Mudder and Marathon walks. She speaks Spanglish “quite well”, plays the saxophone “badly”, and enjoys knitting (but doesn’t tell many people about that).
Heidi lives in Surrey with her two children and two cats.
