Departmental Leadership Professional Development


Poor results from an Employee Satisfaction Survey highlighted the need for a professional development intervention for a departmental leadership team.


We devised a bespoke and flexible development programme to meet the current and emerging needs of the leadership team as it evolved. The programme blended team development with core skills development, helped surface and resolve issues, identify and eliminate performance interference, build on strengths and change behaviours.

The core skills development modules enabled cohesive teaming behaviours and resulted in rapid and sustainable change. The core skills development programme was rolled out across the department, to ensure that desired behaviours and working practices became part of the cultural norm for the department.
